**Basic Training** is the introductory, foundational training session that helps new customers get started with the MOXO platform. It’s designed to ensure you can competently run tests and understand core outputs.

    How to set up your professional MOXO account, manage users, and access the dashboard.

    How to schedule, administer, and supervise MOXO assessments

    How to read and explain key outcomes from test reports — what each metric means at a high level.
-   **Account management essentials**  
    How credits work, account roles, basic troubleshooting, and where to find help.
