# How does the assessment work?

The client is presented with a continuous sequence of stimuli and responds to a predefined target while inhibiting responses to non-target stimuli. Real-world visual and auditory distractors appear throughout. The assessment is divided into 8 stages:

## Versions

The assessment is available in two versions, each adapted to its age group in distractors and duration.

| --- | --- | --- |
| Kids | 6–12 | 14 minutes |
| Adolescents and adults | 13+ | 18 minutes |
